The founder
PhD in Chemistry, University of Barcelona
Dr. García Antón has spent more than 35 years studying active molecules. He is a scientist first — he looks at skin the way a researcher does: what does it need, and how do we get it there?
In 2002, Argireline® was born in his lab — today one of the most famous peptides in skincare. It changed how the world thinks about smoothing the look of expression lines.
He founded Primaderm with one simple idea: skincare should be built on science — and it should be honest.

Primaderm today
Primaderm is a privately owned family company. Today it is led by CEO Amanda E. Reig, who carries the same values forward: Science, Efficacy and Honesty.
Behind her is a research team of chemists, biologists and pharmacists who create every formula in our own laboratories in Barcelona.
